Mild Traumatic Brain Injury

Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (MTBI) and Post-Stroke Rehabilitation

MTBI and Stroke patients may benefit from oculomotor (eye) and Vestibular (balance) therapy. Our Programs are complementary to general rehabilitation programs.

Mild Traumatic Brain injury can be diagnosed by our doctors using sensitive diagnostic tests include video electronystagmography and neucognitive evaluations.

The human brain is termed to have a certain "placticity”, which describes the ability of the brain to heal. Our treatment plans always respect the human brain as being "plastic". We accept many patients who have been previously told they have reached maximum improvement.

Mild Traumatic Brain injury can also result in attentional deficits (ADD/HD), movement disorders, personality changes, pain syndromes, cognitive deficits, visual disturbances, difficulty reading, memory loss, and vertiginous syndromes.

Our "Brain Based" physical therapy and chiropractic treatment programs are designed on an individual basis. To schedule a consultation click on the "Contact us" page.
